Go Med Pro acts as an intermediary to connect patients with licensed medical professionals in Mexico.
We offer coordination, marketing, and lead management services.
We do not provide medical advice or perform any medical procedures. All medical decisions are between the patient and the physician.
4. Payments and Fees
Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the services provided by Go Med Pro. These fees cover, but are not limited to, the following:
Initial consultation with our medical coordination team
Personalized assistance from our patient care coordinators
Ongoing communication and follow-up with patients
Scheduling and coordination of virtual consultations with medical specialists
Reservation of surgical dates and coordination with partner clinics and hospitals
Administrative and operational expenses involved in managing the medical tourism process
Due to the immediate allocation of resources and personnel upon client onboarding, all payments are non-refundable once services have been initiated. This includes any form of communication, scheduling, or coordination conducted by our team on behalf of the client.
Clients acknowledge and accept that these fees compensate Go Med Pro for time, labor, and coordination services rendered, and are not a deposit for medical procedures or hospital-related costs. Go Med Pro does not guarantee specific medical outcomes, as all final medical decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers.
5. No Medical Liability
Go Med Pro is not a medical provider. We do not assume responsibility for medical advice, outcomes, or services provided by third-party physicians or clinics.
All medical services are the sole responsibility of the licensed practitioners performing them.
6. Content Accuracy
While we strive to ensure that the content on our site is accurate and up-to-date, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the content.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, graphics, and software on this website are the property of Go Med Pro or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse our platform, including but not limited to:
