As a Medical Coordinator, you’ll guide U.S./Canadian patients from first contact to scheduled procedure—qualifying leads, coordinating evaluations, aligning with top surgeons and accredited hospitals, and owning pipeline milestones in our CRM.
This is a bilingual, sales-driven, patient-first role.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and WhatsApp/email/phone follow-ups
- Pre-qualify patients and schedule evaluations
- Coordinate with surgeons and accredited hospitals
- Keep CRM stages, notes, and tasks always up to date
- Share cost breakdowns, timelines, and preparation checklists
- Align calendars, confirm appointments, and send reminders
- Track KPIs (response time, show rates, conversion)
- Escalate clinical questions to licensed staff when needed
- Protect patient data and follow privacy guidelines
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish (B2+; strong phone/chat etiquette)
- 1+ year in medical tourism, healthcare sales, or similar coordination
- Solid CRM hygiene (Zoho or similar) and pipeline discipline
- Availability for occasional evenings/weekends if needed
- Stable internet and reliable equipment (headset, webcam)
- High empathy, excellent writing, and goal-oriented mindset
Nice to have
- Bariatric/plastic surgery experience
- Call center or appointment-setting background
- Experience with Zoho tools
